Dr. Sahni was born in Northern India and came to Canada over twenty years ago, a few years after completing his medical training as a Family physician. He later completed his Family Medicine training in Canada from the University of Manitoba. He has been in the medical field for more than two decades and has been practicing Family medicine full time for more than fifteen years in Canada.

He is a strong proponent of collaborative approach to patient centred care and continuity. It is important to him that patients develop a long-term relationship with their Family doctor. He believes in treating a patient as a person rather than focusing only on their diagnosis or disease.

Dr. Sahni is passionate about his role as a family physician and is a proponent of medical disease prevention and healthy lifestyle changes. He believes in providing patients with the right information to empower them to be active participants in their own care.
